represents clients in litigation and transactional matters, and provides consulting services.

Born in Los Angeles, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State
University at Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Ventura-Santa Barbara College of Law. In addition to being an
attorney, Michael Chulak is a licensed general building contractor,
Certified Property Manager® (CPM®
), and a
